The Island

    Being referred to as " The Diamond of the Aegean Sea " Skiathos is part of the Sporades cluster of islands. its unique combination of green hills and slopes with crystal-clear beaches makes this island an ideal destination for the most discerning traveller. The sun-drenched beaches with the green reflections in the water are of international renown. Some of these beaches are Koukounaries, Lalaria , Banana and Megali Ammos.

Transportation

    The island is really accessible to anyone who wants to visit it via boats or flying dolphins which connect it with Volos and Agios Konstantinos (a sea side village near Athens).

   The airport of  Skiathos connects the island with Athens with daily flights and many European countries through many international flights.
